INTRODUCTION
I am 47 years old I have lived in Melbourne all my life. I am married with 3 children aged 21, 20 and 15. I am a Personal Trainer and I have had my own business for 11 years.
I train under the guidance of Master Coach PERRY VENAKSI.
INTERESTS
Besides training, I love spending any spare time with my family and friends. Like any women I love to shop, relaxing at home watching DVD’s and hanging out with family. Music is how I relax and what also motivates me when I need an extra lift during training.
LIKES
I love food especially Sweet Potato, eggs, chicken, fish, vegetables, salad, fruit and can’t live without my morning coffee.
I love training all body parts .... legs are probably my favourite body part to train, good legs and butts is a must!!
My favourite fashion accessories is my cooler bag which comes every where with me, filled with my days food and Supplements .. I never leave home without my mobile phone and water bottle.
Favourite cheat food.... Chocolate, and I am addicted to Nuts, but all in moderation of course!
DISLIKES
People that make excuses and refuse to have a go …All junk food!
MOTIVATION
Who motivates me .... My clients! They inspire me to push myself harder for greater things. I have so much respect for all of them, and their dedication, their desire to push their boundaries and keep improving is truly motivational.
Being a great role model for my family and showing them what can be achieved if you set you mind to it and keep aiming high and giving it a go.
TRAINING & COMPETITION HISTORY
I trained for my first competition straight after my 3rd child was born. The first time I stepped up on stage was when my youngest child was nine months old. I had always trained hard and kept active. Competing was the next progression for me to grow mentally and physically. I have NEVER looked back since the first time I stepped on stage, and this gave me the confidence to run a successful PT business.. My baby is now 15 years old and I have competed in 15 show over the years.
Currently I am 2011 Victorian & National Australian IFBB Masters Figure Champion.
TRAINING TIPS & TRICKS
Consistency is the key .. eating well and training hard every day. No excuses!!! Lifting HEAVY weights is a must and fuelling the body with unprocessed good quality clean foods, excellent supplementation is mandatory, and it’s the difference between being good and being GREAT! Create the lifestyle and live it.
GOALS
To be the best that I can possibly be and to keep improving every show. Taking every opportunity that is put to me and give it my best shot .To retain my current title in 2012 and to compete in the 2012 FITX Show.
